Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect my time and other clients waiting for appointments, I kindly ask that you review the following policy:
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows will also be charged a 30% fee.
This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If something unavoidable comes up, please communicate with me as soon as possible.
